Aptos Engage and Engage Europe 2020 go digital!

The health, safety and success of our customers, partners and colleagues is a priority for Aptos. In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Aptos has made the difficult decision to cancel our Aptos Engage and Engage Europe events.

This decision was made to promote the well-being of all those in Aptos’ ecosystem and to do our part to slow the spread of COVID-19 globally.

In lieu of these physical events, Aptos will host a global, virtual event, Aptos Engage Digital. During Aptos Engage Digital, we will share with you the most sought-after content from our traditional Engage events, including a strategic business outlook, an update on product innovation and roadmaps, and exclusive insights from industry guest speakers.

Engage 2020 FAQs

Has Aptos Engage 2020 been canceled?

Yes. To ensure the safety and health of our customers, colleagues, partners and community, the live Aptos Engage 2020 event scheduled for May 19–22, 2020, in Las Vegas has been canceled.
 

Will my registration fee for Aptos Engage 2020 be refunded?

Yes. All registered attendees who have paid by credit card will receive a full refund to the credit card that was used during registration. For those who requested that they be invoiced, invoices have not yet been sent, so there is nothing to be done – you will not receive an invoice from Aptos.
 

Will my sponsorship fee for Aptos Engage 2020 be refunded?

All partners who have already paid to sponsor the live Aptos Engage 2020 event will be contacted individually by their Aptos Alliances representative to discuss options for the virtual event and/or future Aptos events.
 

How do I cancel my hotel reservation?

All hotel reservations at Encore at Wynn Las Vegas that were made in the Aptos Engage 2020 room block via the link that was provided will automatically be canceled. There is no penalty for these cancellations. If you made a reservation at Encore at Wynn Las Vegas outside of the Engage room block or at any other hotel, you will need to cancel this reservation yourself.
 

Will my canceled travel expenses be reimbursed?

Many airlines are offering flexible refund options at this time due to the COVID-19 situation. Please contact your airline directly to discuss options.
 

Will a virtual event replace the live event?

Yes, Engage Digital will take place globally June 9-10, 2020.
 

What is the date for the virtual event?

Engage Digital will take place globally June 9-10, 2020.
 

Is there a cost to attend the virtual event?

No. There is no cost to attend the virtual event.
 

Will recordings of the sessions be available after the virtual event?

Yes. Recordings of the Aptos keynote sessions and all breakout sessions will be available following Aptos Engage Digital 2020. But you must register for the virtual event in order to receive access to these recordings. Even if you are not able to attend all of the virtual event, please register so that you will receive communications and access to the post-event recordings.
 

How do I register for the virtual event?

All registrants for the live Aptos Engage 2020 event will automatically be registered for the virtual event. For those who did not register to attend the live event, please CLICK HERE to register for Engage Digital.
