What is Aptos Engage?

Aptos Engage is an annual conference for the extended Aptos community.  It brings our retail customers together with our executives, account managers, solution representatives and technology partners, as well as industry analysts and invited guests, for three days of education sessions, discussions, presentations and networking focused on Aptos solutions, retail transformation and industry best practices.

When and where will Engage 2020 be held?

Aptos Engage will be held Tuesday, May 19 – Friday, May 22, 2020 at Encore at Wynn Las Vegas. It is located at 3121 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV, 89109, approximately 15 minutes from McCarran International Airport.

Who should attend Engage?

Aptos Engage is designed primarily for Aptos customers seeking to extend the value of their investments and enhance their retail business performance. Conference sessions and opportunities are suited to both technical and business professionals.

Aptos solutions and technology partners wishing to attend should contact Todd Mallett, VP Alliances. Retail analyst and other industry representatives wishing to attend Engage should contact Kristen Miller, Director, Global Marketing Communications.

How do I register?

Please sign up for the conference through the registration page on our Engage website.

Is there a registration fee?

Yes. The Early Bird rate is $1,245 until March 13, 2020 and a regular rate of $1,445 thereafter. This fee includes full admission to Engage and all its sessions and events, including daily meals, cocktail receptions, and featured entertainment.

Are there other discounts available?

Yes. In addition to the early bird registration, discounts are offered for:

  • 5-for-4: Every fifth person from the same company attends at $0 registration fee. This discount will be applied as a credit on every fifth registration from the same company, provided the four that precede it are registered and paid at the full registration rate in effect at the time of registration (either $1245 or $1445).
  • Speaker Discount: Selected speakers will have their registration fee waived
  • Panelist Discount: Selected panelists will receive a $350 discount from their registration fee


How can I pay?

Engage fees can be paid by credit card on the registration form, or by invoice, check or wire transfer. Instructions are presented on the registration page.

How do I reserve accommodations?

Aptos has reserved a block of rooms at Encore at Wynn Las Vegas at the Engage conference rate of $239 per night (plus applicable taxes), plus daily $25 resort fee for the nights of May 18 through May 22, 2020. Book your room here. This beautiful award-winning resort offers the best in accommodations, dining and entertainment.

Note: Engage guaranteed-rate rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis only until Sunday, April 26, 2020, or until the block sells out, whichever comes first. Bookings made after that date are subject to general hotel availability and rates. Book your room early to ensure availability at the Engage rate.

Are you accepting speaker applications?

Yes. Engage is designed to enable the exchange of information and best practices among Aptos retailers and other members of our community. As such, we encourage retailers to participate in panel discussions or to lead individual sessions, and we offer registration discounts to those who do.

Are sponsorships or exhibit spaces available?

Yes. Aptos invites our solution and technology partners to participate in our Expert Zone. This designated area of the conference enables retail solution and service providers to display and discuss their offerings in a premium location with optimal access to Engage attendees. A wide range of other promotional opportunities are available, commensurate with the sponsor’s investment.

Can I bring a guest or my spouse to Engage?

Yes: a guest pass is available for purchase. You can register your guest when you register for Engage or on-site at the conference.

The guest pass includes entrance to all meal functions and evening events. However, it does not allow your guest to attend the conference sessions. Guests must be 21 years of age to attend events where alcohol is served.

What is the dress code for the conference?

The attire for Engage is business casual. Meeting spaces may be cool, so please bring a jacket or a sweater for your comfort.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else in my company in the event that I cannot attend?

Yes. Substitutions can be made by emailing the Aptos Events team with the names of both the original and substitute registrant and/or guest.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations made until end of day May 4, 2020 are subject to a cancellation fee of $150 per registrant. All cancellations must be emailed with the subject line “Aptos Engage 2020 – CANCELLATION”, to the Aptos Events team.

NOTE: Cancellation requests received after May 5, 2020 are non-refundable.
