Yes. Register early to take advantage of the lowest rates. The fee covers full admission to Engage including all sessions and events, exhibits, daily meals, evening functions, and featured entertainment.

Aptos has reserved a block of rooms at The Encore at Wynn Las Vegas at the special Engage 2023 conference rate of $254 USD per night (plus applicable taxes and $25 resort fee) for the nights of May 16-19, 2023. Please use this link to book your hotel room before April 23, 2023, to guarantee the Aptos and Revionics group rate or until the room block sells out.
Note: Rooms at the special Engage rate may be available up to three days before and after the official conference dates, according to hotel availability.

Yes. Substitutions can be made by emailing Karen Robson with the names of both the original and substitute registrant. Note that the substitution must be from your same company.
No refunds are available for cancellations or no shows. You may, however, transfer your registration to another colleague from your company as noted above.
